   Richard McGuigan, Sales Representative

   Richard McGuigan is one of the newest real estate staff members here at Lakeview Realty Inc. Before joining Lakeview Realty Inc., Richard had been in sales for over 15 yrs., split between retail and distribution-inside sales. He has worked with trades people for 8-10yrs in the tile and carpet business. He was also a retail manager for a large shoe chain for 7yrs.

   Richard chose Real Estate because he has always had an interest in such a dynamic career. Since he truly loves Lagoon City and surrounding areas, he felt that now would be a great time to pursue this endeavor. His goals are to work toward becoming a successful broker and to enhance my education in whatever way possible to realize my goal-i.e. appraisal/mortgage/chartered surveyors etc.

   He often refers to life in Lagoon City as "feeling like we were kids again-skating/tubing etc. The community here, is very active and there are numerous social events. The residents of Lagoon City definitely know how to have fun and keep busy". Richard and his wife are Lagoon City Community Association (L.C.C.A.) members and his wife is on the committee. On his off time, Richard loves to play hockey /baseball and golf; watch football and boxing; go boating, read and most of all. Richard enjoys long nature walks and the outdoors with his wife.

 After a 35 year career in the television industry Terry turned his passion as a real estate investor into a new career offering his clients firsthand experience in buying and selling real estate. Sandra Lee Rowbotham, Sales Representative
